Tom Mash entered the plumbing trade in the 70's, working for his father Gene's company, Mash Plumbing. Tom worked alongside brothers Eddie, Hubert, Glenn and Tim Mash and brother-in-law Arnold Treece. Plumbing was learned as a craft back then, and Tom carries that impeccable work ethic with him to this day.

Joining Mash Mechanical in 2002 and following in the family tradition was Tom's son, Justin Mash. Justin works with his dad on new plumbing construction in Sherwood Oaks, Harrison Keepe, and the Lyons Bend area, performing plumbing rough-ins, set-outs and outside utility line installations.
